Packing and Shipping Details

Your chocolates are carefully packed for protection and leave our warehouse in perfect condition.

Chocolate and hot weather do not mix well, so The Chocolate House may delay the shipment if we are experiencing extreme heat.    

All orders will be shipped Monday to Thursday, ensuring your order does not sit in any delivery depots over the weekend.

Due to strict food handling regulations, we are unable to exchange products or accept returns unless there is a product fault.
